At LA Style Rush, we’re committed to getting your anime-inspired gear to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Returns & Exchanges

We get it – sometimes the anime apparel doesn’t hit right or those statement accessories need swapping. No worries, style rebel! Our returns process is as smooth as your favorite platform sneakers.

Return Policy Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following cannot be returned:

  • Beauty Products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Limited Edition & Collectible Items (marked as such in product descriptions)
  • Accessories with removed security tags
  • Personalized or custom items

Please note this includes items from categories like Beauty, Betsey Johnson, BGlittz, Bioworld and any limited edition anime merchandise.

The Return Process

1 Initiate Your Return

Email us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the items (if applicable)

2 Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

3 Ship Your Items

Package your items securely including:

  • All original tags and packaging
  • Return authorization number visible on package
  • Completed return form (if provided)

Return Shipping Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost return packages.

4 Receive Your Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your items:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2-3 business days

You’ll receive email confirmation for both.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Money Back to Your Original Payment Method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective

International Returns

Since we ship worldwide (excluding Asia and remote areas):

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
