Return Policy Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following cannot be returned:

  • Beauty Products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Limited Edition & Collectible Items (marked as such in product descriptions)
  • Accessories with removed security tags
  • Personalized or custom items

  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Items

Package your items securely including:

  • All original tags and packaging
  • Return authorization number visible on package
  • Completed return form (if provided)

Step 4: Receive Your Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your items:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2-3 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation for both

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
